2014 Kindergarten

Round-up

Thursday, May 1

12:00 – 6:00 p.m. 

Please bring your child to register for the 2014-2015 school year. We will provide some fun activities and a tour of the Primary school. Please remember that your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2014. We look forward to meeting you and your child! 

Please bring the following paperwork to registration:

1. birth certificate

2. proof of residence

3. shot records

4. Social Security Number

5. Physical (if completed)
